Changing lights to drive on continental Europe
I think the dealer may have been confused, with Halogen lamps on the Octavia III there is no way to adjust them from RHD to LHD - you just have to stick on headlamp beam deflectors if going on holiday or change the headlamps if emigrating. Other models did have headlamps that could be adjusted via a lever, but that doesn't apply to the Octavia III with Halogen headlamps.

Do you have Halogen or LED headlamps?

Changing lights to drive on continental Europe
When I went to France it was just for a holiday so I fitted stick-on deflectors, but for someone moving permanently to any country that drives on the right then if you have Halogen headlamps you need to replace the whole headlamp assembly. Changing just the bulbs will do nothing to change the aim of the headlamps from RHD to LHD.

Skoda SuperB Facelift MY 2020 Coding List and Adaption
Maybe because we're all already using VCP, OBD11 or VCDS?

It's relatively easy to park on a level place with a wall (or similar) in front and set the headlamps to be close to correct, but a headlamp alignment is always advisable.

Mac update problems
See Apple Support for compatibility with macOS 10.15 (Catalina), the 2011 MBP isn't included in that list. Other articles suggest that the 2011 MBP isn't supported by macOS 10.14 (Mojave) either, so it seems macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) is the latest version for a 2011 MBP. Having said that there does appear to be a patch that will allow older macs to install macOS 10.15 (Catalina), see Catalina Patch

Skoda SuperB Facelift MY 2020 Coding List and Adaption
FeC cannot be purchased from Skoda, you need someone who can "hack" one for you. HBA I can't help you with, my Octavia has the lowline 20 camera so the coding is totally different.

ACC requires a FeC (Feature Enabling Code) it's not something that can be enabled with VCDS or OBD11 or any other diagnostic tool.

Infotainment system
As SashaGrace asks did whoever retrofitted the Amundsen enable navigation with the correct FeC code? If not, then it won't work.

Infotainment system
I doubt you've got an Octavia IV, most likely an Octavia III as the Octavia IV hasn't been shipped to the UK yet (the order book only opened last Tuesday!) - so you've posted in the wrong forum. Having said that, what's the first three characters of the SD card? If it's 5E0 then it's for a MIB1 Amundsen and won't work with your MIB2, you need one with a 5L0 prefix.

Mac update problems
That's 2 major versions 10.13.x to 10.15.x IIRC there was some pretty significant disk format changes involved which would explain the very long time to update. I agree that it's well worth keeping up-to-date - there have been quite a few security patches to macOS over recent months.

Windscreen Camera Failed + Other bits.
They are all different ECUs. I tend to agree with Sasha that the CAN Gateway (address 19) is the place to start looking - as this is where all the CAN communications pass through (kinda like a telephone exchange).

Windscreen Camera Failed + Other bits.
What do you mean by ECU? - there are many ECUs in an Octavia III which communicate with each other using various CAN busses connected by an ECU called a CAN Gateway.

Mac update problems
That looks like it should do now. I'm always amazed how long the reboot takes after an update, and as I'm on the public beta programme there are plenty of updates!

Explained C02 g/km Fleet average. Exemptions & derogations.
In spirit yes, but legally no - since passing them in one EU country was enough to get Type Approval.

UPDATING SAT NAV
I don't think they will - they mention using a 64GB SD card and doing an update of the sat nav from the SD card; neither of those are correct for an Amundsen as with an Amundsen you MUST use a Skoda SD card (any normal SD car will not work) and there is nothing to update after inserting the SD card as the Amundsen reads the maps directly from the SD card. With an Amundsen you download the .zip or .7z file, uncompress it, then simply copy the files to the SD card and finally clean up the unwanted macOS files. BTW I always copy the original contents of the SD card onto the SSD/HDD of a NAS drive I have, so I have an archive of all the maps for my MIB1 Amundsen from 2016 to 2020. Correct Skoda SD cards can usually be found cheaply on eBay, you need on with prefix 5L0 like this MIB2 Amundsen2 SD Card I have 2 Skoda SD cards (both from eBay) and alternate between them so I always have the latest maps in the car and a backup of the previous maps in the house.
