My Scout ticks over at 750 most of the time. If its ticking over at a 1000, it's usually doing something. At slow speed my brakes are a bit keen.

I'd just hold on till you get the wheel you ordered, then see what space you have when you've put it in. I recently did this, had to cut some of the plastic, and chop the foam insert.

I did mine many years ago. Just don't over tint if you're using a spray can tint.

Looks good. I wouldn't go by the fuel tech though. But they are a brilliant car.

This might not help. I got my Scout purely because it had come top for towing caravan 3 years in a row. Do you specifically want a Scout ? If it wasn't for towing I might have gone for another Octavia.

Can of spray tint. Don't put too many layers on. The rear lights on my last car were very bright, three to four layers, light spray.

Might be a good idea to get it on a lift to check underneath if anything loose.

The heavy rubber mats and boot liner you can get might help. There are some on the for sale site on here, dont know if they are heavy ones.

Hi D, thats my picture above, i looked into towing mirrors a couple of years back and decided on the Milenco ones as didn't like the ones held on by elastic bands etc. Yes you do get a bit of vibration but its not bad.

Repair. I use WHEELS UK Coventry. Worth a try.

Hi M, i had a Roomster for 11years, went a little OTT, uprated springs and shocks, leather seats etc. I always think wheels can make a big difference to car, but dont know how far you want to go with things. A couple of simple things are, wind deflectors, and window blinds, they would look good on a black car. So just some things to start with.
