  1. If you go to original post, you should be able too. Three dots top right.
  2. Yes will do that as well.👍
  3. I know i can put this on wanted site, but because it's a specific to Suberb's. Does anyone have a set of these. 7x17x112 et40.
  4. Thats good R. Batteries, ye not rocket science. 🚀🙄
  5. Just on a side point on this post. The first time i had problem with the battery low sign i left it too long to change it, thats when i had to go through the hassle of doing all the, press this, turn that. The last time the sign came up, i changed the battery straight away, within the same day. I didn't have to do any resetting after. 😊
  6. Interesting. Would have liked to have seen car year. 👀
  7. Ye, you've got to have a flashing red light. On previous posts alot of people were fitting 2032s.
  8. In that setting, silver really stand out. 😷
  9. Hi R, first thing to do is make sure the red light is flashing, i spent ages trying to do mine, until i realised no red light. I looked on YouTube, and did it from that. 😊 🌨️
  10. I believe there stuck, bonded on. 😳
  11. I agree with the posts about disabled getting in and out, saw a lady getting out of her car into a wheelchair, she was using what looked like a plank of wood to slide across, thought it was very clever.
  12. This is just my take on this. Unless you missed a zero off the milage, its either someone on the heavier side had the car, or its been used as a delivery vehicle with someone getting in and out of the car alot. I did refoam a worn bolster like the one in your picture but of course you will have to take the seat out. I got the foam from a local furniture maker. There are firms that will do it for you. I just thought, you could buy some leather covers, but it is just covering up the problem. Anyway thats my take. 😷
  13. I've had my 2016 Scout for a year now, and every time i get in it i think how good the ride is, even when towing. 😁
  14. Many years ago when we used to get regular winter snows we put cardboard down the front of the radiator. Might be worth a try to see if its worth getting a muff. Just keep an eye on engine temperature.
  15. Wife comes in and says, "what you doin luv", i say, "just trying to download a file onto my SD card but it wont work", wife says, "have you tried copy and paste"? STUPID BOY. All done. 🙄
  16. The SD card says its empty. When you try to send to card, it says file to big.
  17. Yes put VIN in, it was still there from last time. Only put the smallest one in, whole world not required.
  18. As i said I've done it twice before with original Skoda card that came with car.
  19. There are so many posts about updating car sat nav, but I've picked this one. I've updated mine twice since getting the car with no problem, downloading straight to the card. Tried it yesterday and it downloaded to computer, fair enough, but tried to download to card and it said, file too big for card. Card says 14.8 gb left on card , and downloaded file from Skoda portal was 6gb. Can someone point me in the right direction, or do I just need a bigger card? Thanks 😕
  20. Still got mine from the VW i got in 2000. Its a normal size one that they "gave" me, along with a bunch of flowers for my wife and lunch, when we went over to Holland to pick the car up. Very nice people the Dutch. 😊
  21. M, you are having a giraffe aren't you? 🤔
  22. We knew you could do it. 👍
  23. I would not use any tools personally. I needs even pressure all round really. If you have any gloves that are rubber, they might give you a bit more grip. Work gloves or even surgical. Have you had a look with a mirror to see the overall picture of what your working on? 🤔
  24. Hi M, from what i remember, yes your right, its a twist. I remember moving the fuel filter to do the side light, but dont remember doing that for other bulbs. I think after looking on YouTube and it saying the same as the manual i just tried harder knowing it was right. Not saying your not trying.
