Hello

I have a skoda superb 2014 estate car and the columbus navigation system has stopped working, it just comes up on the screen that its starting then flashes off to black continually.  No buttons work.  

Is this something you can fix?  also can you please let me know how to remove from the car so that I can send it to you.  I am actually based in France but am back in the uk for two weeks from sunday 31 March returning to France on Tuesday 16 April - would it be possible for you to repair and return in that time.

Any help would be gratefully received.
