  1. I'm booked in for a service just before Christmas, so will maybe ask what's available either MK1 or MK2 to order. Although I'm worried about the leasing costs being ridiculous..
  2. Does anyone know when the MK2 will be available to order? Mine is due to go back end of June next year so I may need to get something ordered.. I know you can only order the MK1 from stock, so this would possibly be an option if they had something built to match my spec (ACC, Towbar)
  3. Thanks, Yeah I missed the facelift last time by a few months.. so might hold off and extend the lease for a few months if needed..
  4. Is there any idea on timescales? I'm due to renew me lease next July, I had my Kodiaq in for some warranty work last month and they said I should order now for next July?? I just wouldn't want to and end up missing a newer version / hybrid model.
  5. I went from a Superb to a Kodiaq.. I have a boot liner from the superb which I use for dump runs etc, with the 3rd row seats down the two boot floors are nearly the same size...
  6. I went from a 2018 Superb Sportline to a 2021 Kodiaq SE L.. Not a huge difference, higher driving position is great as is the the 3rd row of seats.. I had a boot liner from the superb and use it in the Kodiaq so the boot size / shape is nearly identical.. You have lots of options.. Enjoy..
  7. We have 3 kids and getting the 7 seats was the only reason I went with a Kodiaq. 3 fitted fine in the back of my Superb, but it's great just being able to split them up and give them all more room.. I would get 7 seats and use 5 if you want, but at least you'll have the option when needed..
  8. I used a racechip box in my 2.0T petrol Superb.. it took it from 220bhp to 295bhp.. and gave it an extra 100 lb/ft. made a noticeable difference.. also helped with fuel.. I always ran tuning boxes in the older PD tdi's and they gave great results.. EDIT: I have a Racechip pedal box here that I could sell, makes a good difference, I took it out for the service and the wife doesn't want it back in as it's too nippy!!! with it..
  9. Mine was in for its first service last Friday, got them to look at the beep, they said it was normal.. it definitely didn't do it when I got it .
  10. I have also had this happen several times when I'm in my office and the car is parked outside on the public road..
  11. Honestly no idea. it does look like it's going the whole way up..
  12. My electric tailgate has started beeping when it gets to the top.. It happened after it didn;t close properly.. Any ideas how to stop it? or even turn all the beeping off altogether? I did this via VCDS on my last Superb, but not not if it can be done on my MY21 Kodiaq..
  13. Mine is getting slightly better, we live in Belfast and did a London trip last week.. it did 40mpg on the way down.. 397 in a trip with two stops.. did about 38mpg on the way home upto Liverpool.. this was loaded with 5 people, luggage and a large roofbox..
  14. I logged the fuel on my 2018 Superb 2.0t 220bhp dsg from new over 37k.. it did 31.2mpg over 3 years and the best it did was 38.1mpg over a tank. I commuted 10 miles each way to work.. I would of driven it reasonably hard..
  15. I ran plug in tuning boxes for years in various VAG TDi's.. older PD engines, but everything from 1.4 3 cyl in a A2, to 100PD and multiple 130bhp PD's.. never ever had any issues in well over 100k in miles.. fuel economy did come up a bit but you always ended up driving it a bit harder. I also ran a racechip plug in box in my 2018 2.0T TFSI Superb for a while.. it gave it a 70bhp kick up the arse and made a hugh difference.. again, never an issue with lights on dash etc.. handy removed when servicing etc..
  16. Yeah, sounds like it's the actual button. This was the only warranty item I had done in my 3 years of ownership..
  17. What version of the 2.0T is it? I had the 220bhp version and ran a Racechip tuning box in it for a while in my superb. I had it rolling roaded at 296bhp and 349 lb/ft .. it went well although lots of wheelspin in 1st and 2nd, but pulled really well through 3rd and 4th. It would happily sit with Golf R's and 300bhp Jag's.. handy pulled in and out for services etc..
  18. https://www.racechip.co.uk/pedal-box/xlr.html This is the latest version.. it basically plugs into the throttle pedal and you can adjust the sensitivity of the pedal.. it helps the the lag
  19. I think the Kodiaq pedal is just a bit lazy. You can get a pedal box which increases pedal response.. I remember setting the pedal parameters years ago with VAG-COM on old Audi TDi's.. so maybe something can be done by VCDS nowadays.. I also find the gears hold a bit long sometimes, I was just assuming it was the car trying to shift all its mass with a small 1.5 engine..
  20. Yes also running in my July 2021 model.. it's great but can be glitchy at times..
  21. I ran a Racechip in my superb for a while while I had it.. it was a 2.0T 220bhp DSG and the box took it to 290bhp and 350 lb/ft torque when I dyno'd it.. Great value plug in / removable power.. I also run a pedalbox in my current Kodiaq and it makes a great difference..
  22. I had this done a few years back on my Audi A4 avant at the time.. no issue with for years after.. Are you doing it yourself??
  23. I have a 2021 kodiaq SE-L with the 1.5 dsg.. I agree that it's awful on fuel.. i filled it yesterday and it did 30 mpg over the last tank. I have logged every fill from new which is just over 8k since July... And it generally does 30 ish... I changed from a 2018 2.0tsi superb which was tweaked to put out 290bhp and with a heavy right foot averaged 32mpg over my 3 years of ownership.. the Kodiaq is doing the same general journeys as the superb but is just worse...
  24. This looks fantastic.. Agree about the covers off, I would def source some centre caps and wheel nut covers for proper OEM look.. Enjoy.. I had the 2.0T 220bhp in my Superb and it was great and got a good bit quicker when it loosened up..
