That's odd - I have AP's and they ride perfectly. No squeeks at all, and everyone who has been in my car has said they are firm, but not as harsh as they were expecting from coilovers.

With a turbo swap, you're best replacing Exhaust downpipe, inlet manifold and exhaust manifold gaskets (all needed to come off to replace turbo) then its advised a new oil feed and oil return pipe is also changed so to guarantee no blocks in the lines. As it happens, i have a 60k standard turbo that i removed last month to go Hybrid in great condition - Drop me a line if its of any use. (I'm in Swindon)

Easy, but fiddly. 3 bolts onto the turbo, then the connection onto the cat back. I rememebr one of the 3 bolts being fiddly, but apart from that was pretty easy.

Seems to be the way. Its when you start introducing Hybrids and GTB turbos with the bigger mass to spin up that peak torque starts pushing up the rev range.

The bite point is governed by the bleed isn't it? Id check its bled properly and the fluid levels are ok as a starting point. On a side note - my 6 paddle clutch bite is near the top and not the bottom.

Its simply an 'Ebay' cooler with their graphics sprayed on it. Its their pipework which they make up in house which is all listed on their website. Not sure they do any special pipework for this yet though, ive only seen the pipework for the seat sport cooler.

Agreed! I built mine from a standard car to its current spec, So has cost a fair bit all in all, but now its done, wow! Not many cars have 230bhp, a bucket load of torque and do 60mpg!
