  1. When you have a sky plus HD box you have to press it half a dozen times!
  2. If you regularly use conventional cruise control you will appreciate the benefits that ACC brings, especially when you get boxed in an inside lane.
  3. The Seat Attica does come with a heated windscreen.
  4. It's worth reading the article. The most common "problem" was around connecting a phone! You might feel that some sort of weighting should be applied to the various issues. At the moment it would seem that a blown up engine is equal to the door shutting too loudly
  5. You probably thought the others were hearses
  6. What is the tech advantage of the Kuga? Having been forced to use Ford dealers when I drove company cars nothing would get me back in one.
  7. Even if that post isn't negative, most of the other 25,483 are. I ask again, do you have a Skoda now?
  8. Could I enquire which Skoda model you drive? It must be really peeing you off to cause so many negative posts!
  9. I think your expectations are too low.
  10. My biggest complaint is that every possible option is detailed in the manual and you have to wade through page after page of stuff you don't have on your car to find what you want. I'm not as forgiving as you Graham. A car is a big purchase and the manufacturers ( all of them, not just Skoda) should put more effort in. With today's technology it would not be difficult for the order for the car with exact model, spec, extras etc. to generate a custom handbook.
  11. Our 105 TSi which is five and a half years old has been run on the cheapest fuel available, usually supermarket, and hasn't missed a beat.
  12. Modern leather on anything less than luxury brands is not worth having. It's too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Plus, a lot of what looks like leather isn't - I think the smell is added chemically.
  13. The thing I find most annoying is that with the wipers in auto you have to turn them off to use flick wipe. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Just flick the intermittent speed switch on top of the stalk up one and back down and you will get a single wipe.
  14. I've had minor damage resprayed on two Yetis, one green and one aqua blue. Both ended up looking good as new. Any resprayer worth their salt nowadays has an analyser which mixes the paint to match what's on your car, rather than using a dodgy colour chart.
  15. Since you are welsh and have a caravan, it obviously has to be "Gypsy Boy" :sun:
  16. Yes, do tell us how the ASX compares once you are used to it.
  17. Enjoyable race and could be a good season. I thought that Ferrari definitely threw away a win there. So did Hamilton with his weird start. I noticed he ducked the issue in post race interviews. Excellent result for Haas and a very good debut for Jolyon Palmer. If Renault can make even a small improvement to the car they should be set for regular points finishes. McLaren have made some progress but have a long way to go. I agree that Bahrain should suit Ferrari and I'm looking forward to it.
  18. My car is not an ex-demo and I'm absolutely certain those instructions were not abided by Like Graham says, just enjoy.
  19. There is a lot to like about this car. Skoda need to get on with the Yeti II or they will be losing sales.
  20. This hits the nail on the head. I'm on my 2nd Yeti and planning to change in Summer 2017. If 4wd petrol DSG isn't available I won't have a 3rd Yeti.
  21. Not too difficult for you Johann, but it seems to be beyond Skoda's understanding
  22. Changed from P Zeros last week, absolutely no problems.
  23. The price thing is inevitable. Skoda had to use low prices to get people to take them seriously after the poor east European type cars they used to turn out. They have successfully turned round the perception and people increasingly see them as better than brands like Ford and Vauxhall. It follows that they will end up being more expensive than Fords and Vauxhalls.
