  1. Near Huntingdon, wouldn't mind spending the day there but just getting there and back and leaving the car etc would be a nightmare!
  2. I'm tempted to get a few areas of the car touched up.....de-badged it yesterday! Can very faintly see 'octavia' still but you have to look really hard for it. Also that car park ding on the rear quarter needs sorting that some inconsiderate bellend did whilst I was in work!
  3. What did the manager have to say about the situation?
  4. Triple R will make one and start producing it. I have spoken with them but they need the car for a couple of days and being they're 180 miles from me it wasn't ideal!
  5. Good news! I'm keeping this! Fitted spoiler diffuser yesterday and also de-badged and removed the 'shark' stickers from the rear as the shark map will be changing soon Got 2 new tyres to fit on the front then I'll be on maxxis maz3 all round! Few other bits and bobs need doing when I've got some more time. Ideally brakes really do need uograding! I don't like the feedback they give and they look small behind the 18s. Another big update to come within the next couple of months too and I'm also hoping to employ baldy Alex_e3 and his superb polishing skills to give it a once over. Probably not as in depth as the fabia was but it will look better I am sure.
  6. If it's a pd170 having a shark map on my octy. I would recommend the OP to go elsewhere!
  7. I do want it! If I hadn't of blown the money I'd had spare after buying the octy on modding it and a holiday I would have been able to afford it and then 2260 it straight away :( But in all fairness to the other bloke who has the other fabia I've been talking to him for about 6 weeks and he removed it from sale before I went on holiday as I couldn't get to see it. Viewing tomorrow. I shall let you know how it goes.
  8. I really wish I could afford the extra £1200 over the asking price of the one I'm interested in :( it would save me a fortune in the long run!
  9. I'm 96% sure standard is 2.25" Milltek and piper are 2.5". Piper is the only true 2.5" full system from the turbo. The Milltek is 2" to the flexi then increases to 2.5".
  10. Kev, isn't this similar to what happened to mine when it ran 240 ish bhp on that hybrid with a billet?
  11. It was already mapped and already EGR deleted we found out when fitting the EGR delete! But we still fitted the darkside pipe and done it properly rather than just used blanking plates. The EGR delete was done but it wasn't removed from the map so still occasionally shown an error code, the map was then changed and increased the boost slightly as I'd had the DPF back exhaust too! Massive difference in power over the basic stage 1 map. I find the car drives, runs and it's about 4-5 mpg average better on Shell fuel as opposed to the supermarket garbage!
  12. l Changed the engine and fitted some wild cams, idle was really lumpy, had about 130bhp but the potential of anything up to 145bhp with the cams setup, a map and raised rev limit! Loved it!
  13. You're mental haha! I kind of regret selling mine, but there was some things I didn't like, so plan with the next one is to do it the way I wanted it done!
  14. I've done a bit of research, a tuning company reckon I could get 300bhp without too much trouble on the standard intercooler.....
  15. Yeh dude fabia! I want something can take on track such as at the Combe days, the Octy is far too nice a car for anything like that it would pain me to take it on track! :(
  16. Damn you baldy! Ive managed to find myself a nice fabia which is already pretty much better spec than my old one was!
  17. Boo, this is going to be up for sale when I get back off holiday. Alex's 2260 fabia has tipped me over the edge and I'm getting another fabia!
  18. That hybrid is capable of more boost mate. It was 2.1 bar in mine but the head started lifting!
  19. Booooo all this gym talk is making me sad :(
  20. Nice those! Would look good on a blue octy, or maybe too Subaru like!!
