  1. I've been looking into trackdays recently and have found Rockingham (my closest circuit) do taster sessions for £30. However this sounds like a much more exciting prospect, better value for money too! 1. BossFox - Citigo - Booked In. 2. CRAIGROBBO - Octy 4x4 Wagon - Booked In. 3. PastyBoy 4. Rich53 5. 2. Sounds like my sort of lazy meal! Although I have a Chicken Tikka in the oven at the moment, one of my other lazy options
  3. Here is the most updated poster for the event and you can find the Facebook event page here I will definitely be making an appearance as I work with one of the founders of Dubz Corps. I've only ever been to one cruise in Peterborough and its fair to say it was a let down, Orton Southgate was a good location but then people seem to split and there was un-certainty of the second location. This is more of a meet than a cruise so will be far far better
  4. I assume this comes complete with standard vRS back box? Any chance on pictures?
  5. I know this thread is old-ish now but I'd be up for a Peterborough meet. There is a Peterborough Dubz Corp meet on the 11th of May. It's a day time event and is going to cost £2 to enter and any German cars are welcome. If anyone is interested I can post more details/ link to the Facebook event
  6. Kelby90 Gran Turismo 5 player
  7. Just fitted it all up on my car, I'm not expecting to see huge benefits. Happy now that the engine will not be sucking through all of the crap that was being fed into my intake
  8. I actually saw your car in town the other day! Posted in the spotted section hoping an owner would come forward and then found this by pot luck! Very smart looking car and an impressive spec.
  9. Kelby90 I usually play BF3, any of the Cal of Duty series or GT5
  10. Thank you! Looking forward to it, recorder is set now
  11. Just had some brand new Avon ZZ3's fitted to the front, all wheel tracking carried out too. No more pulling to the left! Now to drop it off at the service garage ready for the morning. An expensive couple of days!!
  12. I hope they get a Chance in it, although I'm interested in how th new MG will perform we Plato at the helm.. I'll be at: Brands Indy (Camping) Donington Snetterton (Camping) Rockingham Silverstone Hopefully Camping at Oulton and Knockhill depending when Festivals fall.
  13. I know this thread is now relatively old but I thought it would be more appropriate to post in here than starting another. I picked the vRS up at the start of Jan, very very happy with it. Huge step up from a 1.2 Corsa. Old car New car As you can see I like to keep my cars clean and with doing 300+ miles a week they don't take long to get grimey. I have installed a Green cotton filter due to a recommendation from a work colleague and the only other plan for now is to price up the various lowering choices I have. 25mm drop on Eibach pro's is standing out as a leader for me at the moment due to cost and ride comfort. Can't afford coil overs unfortunately but have been recommended by a friend at work the Eibach springs, he had the same type fitted to his MK4 Golf at Jabbasport and can't rate them enough for the price. Cheers, Ryan
  14. I haven't actually done this on the Fabia yet (although it is peeling already ) I would very gently use a small flat blade screwdriver at the bottom and begin to prize it off but making sure you pull it upwards as you do. I think the tabs are slotted inserts that just push into vertical locating holes if you follow me? http://www.theskodas...nsert_6Y0798002 This is where I bought my replacement from. You may want to wait for someone to confirm this before trying it just in case though know different.
  15. I have it all sussed out now thanks guys, a bloke at work has some gear that is ideal so I'm going to have a look later.
  16. Awesome, cheers for that. One more thing that I'd like to clear up, would the amp draw a consistent 2 amps from the battery whilst powered on or is that the peak draw?
  17. Cheers for the quick reply, answered my question. I'll have a look now. Thanks
