Ok guys, i have done a thread like this before but thought it was worth another try. Now i dont want any suggestions ( though thank you anyway ) but if any of you have any experience of this it would be helpful picture ther scene ....................... your in your Favorit with your Ecu approaching a bend in 5th gear. Now with this bend you know you should be in 4th but you leave it in 5th anyway. When you exit the bend the engine has to do a bit more work then normal and as you put your foot on the accelerator the car JUDDERS !!!! only for a second or so or one or two judders. any one else got this ????

trouble is Ken these cars are sp full of these bloody sensors, it only takes one not to work properly and can cause loads of problems

when i was between the ages of 18 - 19 i drove a Fabia 1.9 tdi 100bhp with a 30bhp remap. I never once crashed it or scrapped it. So dont blame all young drivers for your insurance. I certianly knew how to keep mine on the road. maybe before blamming young drivers you should consider where you live / current insurance market condition etc or you could just live in a drug ridden area, full of knives ???/ -
i know this is different being a diesel but it may amaze some of you. In the winter months in my old Fabia tdi when i was driving in rush hour traffic doing about 50 - 55 mph, it would take anything upto 20 mins / 13 miles to get warm at that speed

i agree with Balck above forget the extras, get one with a decent engine in it -
some dealers encourage remapping but you have to know which ones. I am not going to say some which happily do it for you but they are out there

i thought mine was bad but 190 miles ........... if i put 36 quid in i know i will get 300 miles to the full tank -

the problem with putting it into favorits is the numerous electrical running faults they have. Mine when you try to accelerate out of a corner in a to high gear will give a little jump so this jump may take away the benefit of the better running with the different fuel -

different people have different stories, good and bad. back in the day i put some in my 50cc scrambler and it made it feel like a different bike yet ..... i put some in my turbo diesel fabia a few months back and it did nothing. -
i think its a publicity stunt, its been on and off ebay for ages from the same set of garages but anewman sorry to say i have got the car you describe, just spent £700 , 10,300 miles on a favorit (genuine we use same garage) Lxi 135i

Hey, Is it possible to take the ECU from a 136i and place it into a 135i engine? i.e. i bought a 57bhp car and it would give me 68bhp ??????
