Never been a fan of wireless repeaters, by and large they are flakey and perform badly at best. Homeplug would be the easiest, but the one that makes the most sense, especially as your having an extension built is run a couple of cat5e cables to the study. Just LOL at this thread! I overtake frequently if the traffic in front is not moving at normal highway speed. In my opinion it is the 20 lemmings sat bumper to bumper behind a slow moving vehicle that make it dangerous, leaving people who want to make progress very little opportunity to pass. I am not really sure when this culture of not overtaking emerged? I find driving in the country infuriating nowadays, most people seem to consider 40 a perfectly acceptable speed on national speed limit roads slowing to 30 for the slightest bend. Normally in a Peugeot but that could just be an unfortunate coincidence. I also find it quite alarming at the number of people who flash for performing a perfectly safe and acceptable overtake like you have committed some sort of cardinal sin. Oh well, welcome to driving in Britain!
