  1. Looking good. I do like how the forge intercooler sits compared to seat one.
  2. Listed in the handbook. Ranges from around 1240-1315kg depending on spec.
  3. If you want mpg then leave it the way it is from the factory. Mpg increase after a remap is false advertising. My tip for mpg. Don't go over the speed limit.
  4. Just noticed the cast manifold has a flang welded on so replacement should be easy. Gtb2265 don't exist. 2260 is the biggest all the rest are hybrids. So best getting a decent second hand stock unit and sending that off.
  5. Check out demon tweaks. Last year I bought my b12 kit for £450 as part of Black Friday. Billies are inverted at the front so bump stops included and not visible. Rear ones worth it for a few quid. New front top mounts and drop links will probably be needed also at that mileage.
  6. I'd say great honest service from turbo dynamics. My only suggestion would be to buy a tubular manifold and and a stock gtb2260vk and see what TD will do with it. Would they vacuum conversion it?
  7. Keen to see how this turbo performs as I like turbo dynamic hybrids.
  8. Do you have a vacuum gauge? If so would you mind testing to see at what vacuum it takes for the actuator to hit the stop screw.
  9. Fuel sensor is also another to look at. The ecu has a map to increaae duration (think petrol duty cycle) depending on fuel temp. This is how the cheap resistor mode works.
  10. Engine coolant temperature sensor. ASZ engines use the MAF sensor for the smoke map. So the ecu won't injector X fuel if it thinks theirs not enough fuel to burn it. BLT engines use the MAP sensor for the smoke map. So the ecu won't injector X fuel if it thinks their not enough boost (so air) to burn it. After remapping it you have no idea how these are setup. Both methods IF done well won't have a negative impact on mpg.
  11. Vrs dampers are the same as the sport dampers. I would get new vrs/sport dampers and try some vrs springs. You may find the front sits higher due to weight. If so then get eibach springs. The stock vrs springs are stiffer than the normal model eibach springs.
  12. Map will need to be tweaked so the ecu knows the size of the injectors. The end goal is to achieve a certain air to fuel ratio. If the same afr fuel is met then no change in power.
  13. If the wheels are both spinning at th same rate then the traction control won't kick in.
  14. If I was 15 years younger I'd bite your arm off at that price.
  15. Always good to update with things like this to help others in the future. Can't do that on facebook
  16. Can you not just mount it on the living room wall? Would look so much better than being wasted under the car. Same with the dimple head too. Nice coffe cable.
  17. Might car mods how to unmod a car springs to mind.
  18. People saying their at the limits is all guess work. They don't drill and fit turbo speed sensors to monitor the rpm their running at then use the compressor size to calculate air tip speed. Or calculate the ve of the engine, calculate airflow then plot it on the compressor map. It's all *******s
