you do of course realise that it is not a good idea to run diesels down to 0 ? first reason is all the crap it drags into the fuel filter from the bottom of the tank & and also the airlocks you can get in the system as it struggles to get fuel instead of air i know modern diesels are not as prone to crap in the tank as older vehicles but the risk is still there IMO im not sure if the petrols with fuel filter are the same? when mine hits a quater tank i start looking at filling up

i believe the guy at the Dealers has now knocked another £20-£30 off these

i have removed the 18" tyres from my Superb II and replaced them with 16" winters and will be keeping to 16" after the winter they have 2 x fullway hp168 6mm tread remaining 2 x BCT s800 4-5mm tread remaining all 4 have been curbed to some degree and have various marks on them they could in all honesty do with a refurb especially if you are particular about your wheels they are 7.5j 112x5 et46 18" here are some pictures i have taken today i am looking for around £300 but feel free to make an offer price does not include shipping the wheels are in the WF3 area

i dont think it will interface with Maxidot also i dont think it is full 7 digit postcode iirc it is 5 digit then name the road ie:- AB12 3 etc etc i never tried it as i didnt get the chance although the guy who fitted it put my home address is

if it is an Octavia II then yes as i had it in an octavia II best way is to measure yours across the top then the bottom and then the top to bottom i believe the sizes are 258mm across the top 241mm across the bottom 125mm top to bottom

just put 1 in my Superb but from a VW main dealer i changed the start up screen from VW to Skoda the bluetooth is good and im used to garmin sat navs so that is good it plays my mp3's good as well i have lost the reverse sensor picture(it still beeps but thats all i need) and the aircon info that popped up on the Bolero unit but that does not stop them working mine works with the MFSW the only issue i have is that when im playing mp3s from the memory stick and i scroll the maxidot up to see mpg etc it also changes the track up the issue with the columbus for me is the lack of bluetooth built in i can source you a legit Kenwood from a VW main dealer for £470 brand new with 12 months warranty if you decide to go that way just pm me

all towels imo should be washed first the best thing to wash them in is car shampoo but only use a drop or non bio without fabric softener or conditioner of any type anything that has a softener will affect how well it picks up water
