Featured Replies

Ok, i've searched the squillion trillion pages on t'internet...can't get an answer.

I've got a Fabia 1.9 TDI. On checking manual there's different oil specs for each engine type...then manual refers to a PDI engine...what is it?

Yes, your car does have a PDI engine as opposed to a common rail which is what most other manufacturers are using (And VAG are switching to)

This will explain better than me: Unit pump - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And PD engines are a subset of TDi (Turbo-Diesel (direct) injection) engines.
