Yes that

Think I'm in the running for this award too...... ;)

Pushed the tab on stereo faceplate, which immediately sprang off and into the footwell.

No problem.........but upon reaching down I discover......

That it's neatly slotted in just beneath the bottom of the drivers seat and the fixing rails.....

Given that:

a) I drive with seat all the way back

B) I drive with the seat in lowest position

c) it's a really narrow and tight space

d) I didn't want to cut my faceplate in half

e) I'm not blessed with small nimble fingers

I couldnt remove the manifold as it was rusted on and I broke a couple of studs before giving up. I used a bicycle innertube and a load of zip ties and told her to go to the garage ASAP, did she heck it is still not properly fixed after about 3 months, I must have done a good job of it, bodging at it's best

had the same thing (coins) happen on the ashtray in my R19... i had to take the ashtray out in the end and use a knife to get enough coins out before i could open the damn thing.

You'd also think i'd learn that my phone shoots out of the trinket tray when i pull away sharply too wouldnt you !?..... i havent though
