Featured Replies

Just passed my local Subaru dealer and they have a car which i had on my wall for years as a teenager.

It didn''t have a price on but i will try to found out how much they want next week.

Better off being a dream car,as i remember what James May said about the Lambo:(

I always wanted an opel 3ltr CDl senator like my dad had when i was a young teen

now ive gone off the idea:D

An S3 is probably the "dream car"? that i will probably own one day

Anywhere from 175k to 300k dependng on miles lhd etc, go on treat yersen :D

Strangely always wanted a scirocco as a young lad. Wouldn't mind a audi Quattro either

Yup F40 for me everytime as well.

I've actually owned my dream car....

Bought and paid for, driven hard, and driven miles...

The only thing I aspire to now is paying off my mortgage, which is sadly far less attainable...

It's taken alot of hard work and sacrifices but mine is sat in the garage!

If you can live the dreams sometimes.

Cheers

I should imagine that is scary to run as a regular driver, and I imagine that it drives better for being driven regularly.....

Scary scenario really....

You finally got the Robin......:rolleyes::eek:

You finally got the Robin......:rolleyes::eek:

I am not allowed to call you a **** or a **** am I ?............

You kids know nothing.......:D

My car of choice would surprise an awful lot of newer cars in its performance and comfort, and dare I say it, reliability....:rolleyes:

Come on then Graham, do spill....

I don't use it as a daily driver (the Vrs is for that) but I do use it as often as possible and all year round. It does help it being run all the time and if you buy the right one they are reliable. With the mods I'm doing it'll be pushing 450bhp ish reliably. I could maybe get 500 with some more money but it would mean engine internals.

If you ignore the MPG they are great fun.

Cheers

F40, awesome stuff.

Since about 17-18 I've wanted (& will buy if I trip over) a Daihatsu Cuore TR-XX R4 Avanzato.

I could get 6 for the price of the Roadie :rolleyes:

But I've got odd taste in cars - I even bought a Skoda once :rofl:

E-type?

E-type?

No, they are nasty to drive, they don't go round corners, and they don't stop.

Citroen CX GTI Turbo, that's what!

I had one a few years ago, it never let me down, was supremely comfortable, and feckin' quick ( although rather thirsty )

F40 still rocks.

Much better than Shueys enzo tat.

Presume that's Monks Heath, Jay? I'll try and get down there tomorrow. :D
