The other thread has been locked but can be reviewed for general chitter chatter. However I am ignoring the list as prices quoted were not right in the end, so a fresh start. The prices are as follows:

To get in, get your car on the clubstand, to show it off, and access to the rest of the show

£12 Per Person

This is a £2 increase on last year, and the £20 ticket on the day still applies (but only for public parking, not clubstand access) UNDER 14s ARE FREE

Sprint runs on the 0-60 track are £7 the same as last year (which I still feel is quite a lot of money, but there you go) - These can be bought on the day, so I am NOT offering these to be pre-bought via me. Makes my life a little easier.

TRACK session! :woot: for 15 minutes is

£30 per car

I will book them all in one session, later in the day, so the track is less greasy. If we over 31 cars wanting track session, I shall book a whole £950 track session. The more people book in for track session, the lower the price drops. I WILL be taking £30 still from everyone, and sorting out refunds after the show as/when we realise more than 31 cars want to go on track (usually unlikely :() If you want more than 1 track session, please book direct with TRAX any extra sessions, as I cannot split out sessions. I just want to book one session for as many skodas as possible. You need a trackday helmet for this, which can be hired on the day, on a first come first served basis! So you need to be quick if you book a session but have no helmet. Helmets can be bought at reasonable value for £50 ish.

I am going to be charging £1 admin fee to cover A4 envelopes and postage of all the clubstand info. This is per booking, not on per ticket! So 1 ticket = £13, 2 tickets = £25, 3 tickets = £37, 4 tickets = £49 and so on.

To prevent issues with postage I am bringing the deadline for all payments to be received by me, to THREE weeks before the show date. This means a cut-off date of 17th August 2008. People who have booked but not paid after this date will be removed, unless under pre-arranged tenuous circumstances. I will then send the clubstand booking form off, with my credit card details, and should received the tickets and clubstand passes the following week, allowing well over 2 weeks for them to get to every individual.

OK - Hopefully that is it. Please note, that this is open to all members, whatever they drive. So is not a Skoda exclusive event. It would be nice to have a 100% skoda clubstand, but I'm sure like last year we can shove any RS4/Spazda at the back. :P

Also note, I am going to be "highly distracted" between 8th June and 23rd July, with work based studies so will not be on all that often, and there might be delays in me processing PMs for bookings etc. I will do my best though. Also, please don't add your own names in a list. I will do this when I have confirmed bookings.

Is there any details from TRAX regarding passengers during the track sessions? Are they allowed?

Other than that I presume usual track day rules apply, suitable clothing, shoes, crash helmet etc.

And we can expect an early start being on a stand?

Stand is available from 7am, recommended to get there VERY early on as traffic soon builds. I'm aiming for a 7am arrival.

99% sure passengers are not allowed although the T&Cs on the booking sheet don't mention it. The usual trackday stuff does apply - legal, fit car, helmet, both parts of driving license, etc.
