To get your national B race licence you will need to send off to RACMSA for a go racing pack then take your application form along to a ARDS course at a ARDS school, if you are up to spec, and pass a written and an on circuit evaluation, they will stamp your application, then you need to go to your doctor for a medical, they will fill in their part of the form, then send it back to RACMSA, with the relevant fee, they will then forward the licence back to you in due course.

I know this as I am an ARDS instructor at a lot of these schools.
