Thats how I fitted mine. Remember to support with axle stands as you will need to work underneath.

drat, im minus axle stands :( got a jack but thats it, when you undo the shock bolt does the wheel drop does it, ouch :orb_sad:

the only thing i may have seen lurking in the garage is the old ramp style things? lol not to mechanical when it comes to terms and bits lol hmm? dont wana break anything tho lol on me or the car

You should be doing it with load on the suspension, so a pair of ramps are ideal.

How would you get the bolt in? When I done mine the back wheels where in the air and this allowed the bolts to come out and go back in very easily as the shock was fully extended. Ramps would make it more difficult I think.

Yeah, you want both rear wheels off the floor. Its no good jacking one side up as you'd never attach the other side as the load is masive. The bolts holding the rear dampers on need to be removed so get the wheels off the deck. I did mine in about an hour - dead easy.

If your lowered you will also find the front bumber digging into the tarmac as you reverse up the ramps

hmm? if only i had a 2 poster lol lol, it has to go on maybe i will have to go shopping , or have a quick word with the lads a the local garage, maybe they can turn their back for an hour lol so aslong as i can get both back wheels off the ground im ok?:orb_cool: i could park on double yellow and wait for them to try tow lol all 4 be off then lol lol but not so cheap ,:orb_angry

i shall think of sumin, cheers guys, it does seem a simple job , thank for the advice

Best bet is to pop to your local garage mate, better safe then sorry, makes it very easy then too.
