Straight answer on Bluetooth / Maxidot

Featured Replies

Where can I buy a Maxidot and Bluetooth (so it connects to the display) for an Octavia II

I seen offers and discussions on here but my enquiries didn't get me very far. I have neither at the moment and want both asap.

have you added yourself as interested on the so talked about threads?

I did, but also contacted VRStu, but it seems there is a new Maxidot version out soon, so it didn't answer my question. If I can get bluetooth with a Jap MFD2 HU, then all i'd need is a Maxidot, but still no idea where to buy one from.

I have still got feelers out for a Maxidot for you however it seems that the new facelift build starts in WK33 and the original MKII units are scarce.

If I can get you one I will but what I can't do is promise to get you one.

The bluetooth will work without the Maxidot but you'll have to use the phone screen to see the phone book. The other functions will still work.

basically with trhe bluetooth 9as i had this before i got the maxidot) you will need to use the phone to dial, accept and end calls, but the sound is done through the stereo so you can have a handsfree conversation once you have accepted the call or dialled the call.

hope that helps.
