I was going to paint my one but hay, if the jap look is your thang.......

I've been in contact with the company and they are willing to make the bonnet. The top shape will be as the original bonnet but you can order what ever you like underneath, framework, fixings etc. Possibly may effect the price depending on what you want. Oh and they will even make the front grille, door skins etc in carbon.

Now all we need is 5 definites.

i also wanted to paint mine due to stone chips, but i love carbon its sexy:D

and want to lighten things.

im in, just a bit confused of fixings, framework etc, wont it be made identical an just bolt on dut be light an sexy?

sorry for all the questions i just assumed they were direct fit

cool for sortin it:thumbup:

very very very very

ooooh yes im still very interested:thumbup:

If I knew how it would fit, I'd have one. Has anyone got the number for the guy's who would make them?

Anyone know how much weight this would remove from the car?

i still want one Des :)

I will bell them tomorrow.

I'm watching this with great interest

I actually ordered one for my old V6 323 but the company went bust so never got round to fiiting it. Weight savings quoted for the 323 were up to 50kg. A good respray was going to cost £150+ so I thought put the money to a crbon "hood" instead.

If I knew how it would fit, I'd have one.

Anyone know how much weight this would remove from the car?

I'll echo those questions (mainly the weight issue) and state my interest. Whats the general idea of the weight loss to be gained?

Contacted them today just waiting for prices and minimum numbers. There are a number of variables in the construction but all will be revealed. Basically they are willing to make them.

Buggar. And i just paid out to have my current bonnet resprayed. Doh....

Anyone want a mint Black Bonnet. £374.00 ;)

Finally got an answer from them, costs as follows.

1 off mould = £1500 + £400 - £500 unit price

or

5 @ £400 - £500, this price will come down the more we order. So who is still up for one.

I want one but only at the £400ish price

i'm still up for it Des, the more the merrier i say to bring the price down
