Golf GTi

Featured Replies

Hi, Just to introduce myself.

It’s been a long time since I was driving a Skoda, in fact it was 1984 when I had my first new car a 120 LSE then 6 months later had it modified to a group N rally spec model.

Golf GTi’s!!!!! NO chance :), I would beat them off the line every time, and then see their faces in my rear view mirror of total shock.

Those were my boy racer days.

Now I have a Octavia vRS with some other mods, not too sure what they are as it’s a works car but have been told it is the same as the police spec, whatever that is.

All I know is that its damn fast, and No I’m not a police man.

Look forward to reading the threads, keep up the good work.

LOL Police spec is just uprated brakes and alternator, they don't tweak anything else (at least not in any of our cars)

Dont race any Golf GTi's these days, you never know whats under the hood. ;)
