A co-driver who has reasonable map reading skills and a half decent map will suffice.

Seriously, do not follow this guy with his map!!! You will end up lost in Belgium at half 8 in the morning, being run over by bicycles after being awake all night and will end up a good 100 miles behind the rest of the group!! lol

It's not even Sept 2008 yet and you're discussing the 09 trip haha! Aww, it's making me want to be back there now :( the past two have been ace, each on their own merit - two very different trips. I think we should stick with that same hotel again next year. Not as pretty as those apartments, but it's big, it's clean, it's convenient for tram surfing and it does a mean cheese and ham butty!
