Any date in October is good for me but best for October, I do think Captain Scarlet might be sorting out a drive in October think the 11-13th but not so sure but would love the weekend after that.

weekend of the 4th oct is the only weekend we could do it cos kids being off near the end of oct and no more free slots for holidays.

Combination of factors really, Dave. Partly because it could be flippin' freezing, partly because I don't have a lot of spare time at the moment (possible job change etc.) and most of all, trying to find a campsite that's not a summer only opening hours and who is happy to accept us lot!

Think these things need to be planned further in advance to be honest.

Its is getting a bit close to arrange a camping weekend. What ever you organise Rob I'm sure it'll be good.

Some of us know each other from previous meets, some have been to other meets and for others it's their first meet. It really doesn't matter though, everything is very friendly and sociable.

Meet virgins have to buy a round though

there is always one outside admiring the cars anyway
