Glad your happy with it mate, that's what it is all about..........

The wheel brush is indeed the EZ Wheel Brush and you can source it from the following location:

Motorgeek for a massive range of car care products and accessories

One of the best wheel brushes you can get in my opinion..........

Hopefully be in contact with you again in the future..........:D

Nice work mate as usual

What a great job there! That kind of job must take you ages to get it that good. Not being funny here mate, but that must've cost him a few bob? Quality doesn't usually come bargain basement tho...

It takes some time but the end result is what counts and as long as the owner is happy then I am.........I am usually a pretty picky person so I like it to look as I would like my own to look...........:D

I always offer value for money mate.........not that expensive.........

If you can guarantee your little helper will soap it up in her bikini, then you could charge a shedload more there....:D:D;) You could be missing a trick there?

You wouldn't be the first person to have suggested that mate...........:D

Just to pick your brains - what should I be doing cleaning wise with my new motor when I get it? First thing after pick-up is 540 mile trip home unfortunately...

how much would this cost to get done from a normal valet garge

Not too sure what you mean mate but for example a I recently saw a 'Detailer' charging £295 for the wash process, cleaning and protection and then any paint correction work was £30 per hour..................

you gave me the answer i wanted. i mean no disrespect to you, what you do is fantastic but i assume that detailing cars is just a hobby and a way of earning a bit of extra cash.

i was just after what a business charges but thats expensive... would like to get mine done but for that price no way.

once again thanks for the reply i enjoying reading your detailing threads and the results you achieved

I believe that the work I do and the results are very honest and I am not claiming to be the best out there but both I and the 'little helper' treat each car as our own achieving the best possible finish we can in the time we have.

You can pay a heck of a lot if you want to and sometimes that is required.....

Happy to do anyone's car and if your local then drop me a PM and we can discuss it?

you have achieved a very nice finish on that!

how do you rate the G220, it seems very reasonable value for what it is, and I havent heard a bad word about one yet?

Very stunning work there

Nice job,looks like new :D

The vrs looked awesome mate...nice work:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Thank you for the comment..........

Having only ever really worked with a UDM and a G220 I can only compare the two but the G220 is a better piece of kit than the UDM with less vibration, better handle position and feels a lot more sturdy in design.

You have to be a little realistic with the G220 and after doing a few cars now, although I claim to be no expert, the DA will not remove every mark on the paintwork and I believe that a step towards the rotary is the way to go, however this does carry risks and a little more cost.

Having said that, I generally work on the G220 every week and it's a good piece of kit which I am glad I bought but check on DW as there have been a few 'quality' issues with the earlier machines and there is now a Revision 2 machine out on the market.........
