Above all else thanks for the criticism, tha filter in question is no longer on the car as it was made as a prototype for performance panel filter.

Still requires hundreds of creases to iron out and as a fund has started to help me buy a filter will be used for research....lol. Money is tight but its not that bad. Tbh now i'm working 27.5 hours instead of 40 i may not have the car any longer

No long term damage done then.

:grouphug: hope things get better for you

There is no damage at all, as it fits perfectly as its the same size as a standard panel

You can mix and match, trainer socks give better torque, pop socks are better for out and out BHP.

Lets see the "Prototype" then.......................Come on just for a grin like

Things can't be so bad you can't afford £8 for an OEM paper filter? For the first few thousand miles or so, it'll be just as good as a so-called 'performance' filter. And putting away 5p a day would get you a new one every 6 months, which ought to see you right! :)

Like i said its amazing what happens when your bored. But no more, this was a one off.

Ahhh boooooo, I want to see. You going into production on dragons den?

My nova SR ran fine with tights on the intake

:P

LOL - was it a trainee getaway car?

come on lets see the pic of it, im dying to see it.

Why do u need a foam air filter? You can drive your car without any air filter, it's the same thing...

That's why it's called "filter" to filter the air that's goin' in the engine...

You should take the money they are offering :D

and the pikey mod award goes to!!!!

sorry need to see pics

C'mon guys, weve had our laugh now.

I'll still contribute to the guy if everyone else does for a pipercross one

There only like £30, a small gesture for being amused
