VW Show - Tatton Park 10th Aug

VWNW Welcome to our website

Just wondering if anyone was planning on going? It's literally on my doorstep, but for some unknown reason I've never been!

I know SCN have attended for quite a few years, so it seems clear that it's not just VW only, but probably becoming ever more VAG orientated.

Perhaps we should also think about at having a stand next year?

Thought I'd pop up the email sent out by SCN too:

DATE: Sunday 10th August @ Tatton Park' date=' Cheshire

Volkswagen Northwest is described as the premier VW Show in the North of England, held within the beautiful surrounds of Tatton Park, close by the magnificent mansion and gardens and is organised by the Volkswagen Northwest Club.

Tatton Park is situated just off junction 19 off the M6 motorway, making Volkswagen Northwest one of the most central meetings in the country.

Amongst the congested VW events calendar, Volkswagen Northwest is an established show, now in it's 23rd year.

Club plots are availble to us free, but entrance to the show applies per person.

Entrance to the show is £6.00 for Adults. Children are free.

SEATCupra.net have been a part of this show for at least 5 years now, its not as manic or as huge as many other VAG shows.

We have always described it as a chilled show, more of a meet and greet event than anything else for SCN members, come unwind and have a chat.

More info about the show here - VWNW Welcome to our website

Im attending on the SCN stand, its not so much of a show IMHO just a good meet :) Been the last few years, and its still mostly VW as ud imagine with the name, however if the weather is nice its a good day out, and there are normally plenty of stalls with parts to lookie at :)

I went the one of these years back to meet up with Eric from AAT about the bonnet lifter for the fabia. Was a nice little show. Some nice cars. Monkey Boys car was soooo clean.

Might be tempted to go along.

I'll be there in my Bug

I would be up for the trip over, it's a great venue to take the kids for the day as well as mooching around cars, so I am up for it

i was planning on going as ive been for the past 3 years but been told i cant this year as im in yeovil :orb_sad:
