Well sort of..

My air con was a bit warm and a bit smelly and i saw an ad for kwik fit offering air con re gassing for £49.00 and if it didn't work they gave you the money back.

Off i went handed over the keys 2 hours later i return and i'm informed there is not charge because it has not worked and my air con compressor is dead.. fan fuc...g tastic!I was told by the chimp that the machine is all automatic, they plug it in and it re gasses your air con and a probe on the vent measures temperature, if there is no drop in temp after the re-gas then there is no charge.

A few weeks later i decided to investigate my dodgy air con compressor.. starting at the fuse box, low and behold as soon as i opened it out dropped a random 10a fuse and only one hole empty, popped the fuse back in and the air con came to life.. cooler and fresher than ever.. so the moral of the story is; if you want a free air con re gas take the fuse out, because they are not allowed to 'diagnose' at kwik fit :rofl:
