Where would this forum be without modified cars?

Featured Replies

Recently Banana-Man started a thread where he states that anyone on here that has modified their car is a "BELL END".

Well, as one of the bell ends, can I please ask where this forum would be if it were not for modified cars, what would the topic of conversation be?

Gardening?

Train Spotting?

Stamp collecting?

Oh, and for those going to the Kent RR day, des aka Delcac will be doing a lecture on floristry and advanced flower arranging, places are limited, so please add your name if you require a place.

Ooooh ooooh, I'm soooo glad I put my name down before the rush.

On another note I'm a black belt in origami and can offer to show some moves at the rr day too.

Oh and anyone wishing to attend my lecture will be treated to a short film on my specialist subject, The Bellender Blue. I admit that on the face of it, it sounds like a porn movie but is infact a rare form of Japanes Iris and is a favorite of mine. :flowers:

Haa Haa Haa...I am the master of all sinners!!! Satan is my true earth name! I live somewhere nice and warm..not a harpist in sight and nay a bowl of grapes anywhere in my kingdom. Lol

I had a Revo re-map, it made the car to lively and used to much fuel - didn't want to spend all my hard earned cash giving Gordon Brown his fat useless existence. I had the re-map taken back off.

Well spotted. I will change the profile.

I would have got away will it, if it weren't for you pesky kids.

I do like mine standard. It drives nice,, is cheap on parts, very cheap to insure, is good on fuel for a heavy car, handles well for a saloon, got 4 doors and a big boot and only cost only £3500. PERFECT! I got a new engine at 98K (engine got wrecked due to oil pressure and cambelt slipped and wrecked the valves) this was done under the 12 warantee when I bought it - so its really got 10K miles on the clock on this engine at the mo. (it had a new cambelt, aux belt, clutch, flywheel, water-pump & filters done with this engine too)

I concede I suppose, each to their own. I would like to upgrade the standard speakers at some point, as I spend alot of time in the car, and love my tunes
