Having heard several reports over recent months that the tuning box supplier Dragon Perfomance UK had gone into administration, I've just noticed that a "Dragon Performance" website is back up and running.

Dragon Performance is under new management and is working toward a better customer experience.

Does anyone know more details? According to the Companies House website, Ultimate Diesel was incorporated on 24/07/2008 is registered at the same address as Dragon Performance UK used.

I don't know whether they are offering support / warranty back-up to older units.

The product is good, had a few issues with the soldering on the PCB but I found them very friendly in getting that sorted at the time, and my 'old one' has found a good home (ages ago).

Hope they get back on track

Saw this myself the other night and having bought a dragon plug-in PD tuning box for my fabia vRS (7 pin version) I sent an email asking about support for existing customers.

To date I have received no reply!!

Doesn't look too good if they're not responding to email enquiries?

I am very pleased with the box I bought in December last year. No issues but I am keen to know if the 'new management ' will be supportive if problems do arise.

Just an update on my previous post. I have not received a reply to my email a week after sending it! I did request notification that it had been read and that hasn't been forthcoming either - so they may well not be using their email account as yet.

I've also heard that they are proving difficult to get hold of.

Contacted Dragon today, they're under new ownership now. Back up and running and are now producing a new box.

So I guess they're still around and doing much the same but they're not offering much technical advice on their old models.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but do you know what name they are now trading as?

The dragonperformanceuk.com site now states:

"This Account Has Been Suspended

Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible."
