In the lower bigger lower compartment (the one with the light) I have noticed there is a circular dial on the right hand side. It has a 0 and a star symbol. Does anyone know what this does? Is it related to the interior light?

Yup it's the A/C vent & control knob so that star's actually a snow-flake...

Me? I have it closed as I don't use the glove box for food/drink and want the max cold air into the cabin for the benefit of ME (and passengers).
