Fabia mk2 vRS

Featured Replies

Hello, I went to my local skoda dealer in Bolton today to get a rear wiper blade. The staff were very helpful and a well-priced £5 for blade.

Anyway, this is probably common knowledge on here but thought I'd mention it. The salesman there reckoned it was going to be mid-2010 before the new mk2 Fabia vRS would be on sale and he also reckons its going to be an even more 'dramatic' design i.e. rally version style?

Anybody else heard anything on the new vrs? I did a quick search on here but didn't find anything.

Oh no....

what!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh dear goodness. This is getting so tiring. But anyway....

Steve

i'm suprised no one has mentioned this before!!!

Do a search, and then be quiet on this topic. THAT GOES FOR ANYONE THINKING OF STARTING A NEW THREAD ON THIS!!!!

I heard 21" wheels, hydrogen powered 250bhp engine, 8 speed DSG 2nd generation gearbox, buffalo hide seats and crocodile skin dash.

And cheaper than the outgoing Mk I Fabia vRS

I think you'll be able to buy one with that money ;)

As a relative newbie, I'm slightly confused by this thread. I had heard it wouldn't come out until 2010 - which in my view is totally crazy - it should be out now. They could be losing customers - doesn't make sense. What is the thinking behind this?

I tend to favour the round ones myself

Yawn ! I heard the same from my local sales guy at the recent local regatta but was told early 2009, but no engine spec yet decided.

Another £10 then.....:D

I heard it stood for.... Victory (in) Rally Sport as Ford got a bit savage as the vRS is called RS in Europe but here they had to use the vRS because it clashed with the RS badges on the Fords.

.....use the search......

Blimey, wish I hadn't said anything now! There are some very touchy people on here. If its such a repetitve subject why did those that find it boring bother to reply???

As I said, I used the search and it was garbage-tried lots of different search terms. Nevermind eh. Keep smiling.

nothing touchy at all, just sick to death of reading the same old $hit week in week out:thumbdwn:

Dont feel down hearted about resurecting an old rumour, everyone does it. And it means that those who missed the news previously, can catch up.

Think of it as a public service, and a good way to increase your post count ;)
