We only get 3, but they are very easy to set up thankfully.

I started a thread just about Flash photography and wondered if it could be made a sticky in here as I’ve put a couple of useful links from this thread in it and the Planet Neil one has since been added.

Regarding focusing using the sports mode or AI Servo AF IIRC, from what I gather it detects motion. But what do you aim at to get the initial focus (I hope I've expalined this right :o), eg do you use the centre of the screen.

Basically I mean how do you get the camera to pick up what you want it to focus :) Once you Pan and keep firing how can you ensure it will stay focused.
