Do they only fit the vrs bumper or can they go on any?

Any with a bit of persuasion....i fitted one onto a guys at work, he has a facelift mk1 fabia elegance.

You do not need a part number, just walk into any Seat dealer and ask for a front splitter for a Cupra R.

Eeeesy peasy to fit.

I just paid £21 for one for the mrs's car last week. Had mine on for over 6 months now and the mrs has gone from not sure to "i want one" in that time. :D

Just a note about installation..... The guide says you need two people but it can be done easily on your own. When it comes to fitting it just screw it in position at each end then you just use the masking tape in the centre of the splitter & bumper to make sure it's dead centre.:thumbup::thumbup:

I fitted mine on my own in about 20 minutes..... I'm hoping for about the same or less with the mrs's one today.

*****EDIT*****

Managed it in just under 20 minutes this time..... :D:D:D I've also not bothered with the cuts in the splitter to help bending on this second one and it has gone on fine.

Cheers

Dave.

I'm thinking about putting one on my GPS

Just ordered my Cupra R splitter from my local Seat dealer - £20.72 incl VAT. Chuffed! Just gotta wait for the thing now and then fit it. Should be a laugh.
