I have a forge front mount intercooler on my fabia vrs, and i find that the pipe that connects the intercooler to the metal elbow (that connect to the turbo) keeps blowing off every 2000 miles.

Does anybody have a remedy to cure this? I've tried to jubilee clips but that's not keeping it on.

Sorry if this has been asked before, i have searched but had no luck.

Any fixes would be appreciated asap because i'm driving my Vrs to ireland sunday for 2 weeks.

They are supposed to be very good

Aye I had the same problem too, make sure the surfaces are really clean and dry before reassembly and use a decent hose clamp, the ones forge send out with the kit are not the best and dont spread the load as well as these: rallynuts.com motorsport : Mikalor W4 Hose Clamps motor sports & karting
