Thats what i thought from the pics it needs bumper, wings, bonnet, grill, front panel, more than likely headlights and maybe A.C.condenser and radiator, i work for V.W but were a T.P.S. aswell so i get all V.A.G. parts cheap i might get a price?

My 54 plate Octy vRS was far heavier than that (both airbags, rads and chassis legs as well as both wings, bonnet, bumper, intercooler etc) and I paid £3k for it.

Reckon that one's a steal!!

I'd be looking at the engine position. Looks a bit further back than it should be.

All the little bits will add up to a large repair bill.

Only worth it if it's really cheap.

hmm looks like a bit more damage than that to me... but then i'm not a mechanic

engine bay definitely looks rather "condensed" and surely further engine damage could of happened with something like that?

It needs a service according to the dash panel too  :rofl::rofl:

 thats a keen eye

That looks a bargain. if i had the money i'd be tempted myself.

But then again i am in the trade and i'd get that repaird in a weekend..

Very good buy in my view.

i'm more concerned about the scratch on the rear quarter, lmao

but in all seriousness look at the intake pipe into the air box its kinked its been pushed that far back

Offer a guy from a local accident repair place some beer tokens to cast his eye over it. Place where my Furby got fixed buys cars like that off ebay and sells them on for considerable profit.

it's still a cheap car - especially if you can source the parts from your local scrappie...

Looks like someone's driven under the back of a lorry or a tractor to me.

The front bumper/spoiler and numberplate look too good compared to the mayhem on the wings and bonnet.

You do realise the car's in Northern Ireland?? Might cost a bit to get it home!

I reckon it's had a trip off road, there's damage down both sides as well as the front like it went through a hedge or something. The engine cover looks like it's been twisted around and pushed backwards too.

It's been off road and I'd say said hello to a ditch.

Nothing too serious or the front airbags would have gone off, but at the same time yes some work will need doing and there may be damaged parts.

As long as the engine is sound and you have some good breakers/are not in a hurry, I'd say for the right price that isn't a bad buy.

Unless it's run into the back of a lorry maybe.

It looks like a stolen and recoverd..... Glass on the drivers seat would incate a break in and then it might have been taged and pushed into a ditch.

Could be more damage then there looks
