Just noticed that since getting my car serviced last week , every time i switch the ignition on the maxi-dot shows zero on everything (as if its been reset) :confused:

But it only seems to do it overnight , been watching it the last few days and it doesnt do it during the day if you do a few journeys in the same day it keeps the info , but when i get in and start it up first thing its all back to zero ???

Anyone have the same , wonder if it is anything to do with the software upgrade when they did that ???

It probably got switched to memory 1, which erases in 2h after shut down. A brief press on the reset button on the RH stalk will switch back to memory 2. Do it while you're in avg consumption, speed, or miles traveled, tho.

agree with sebulbus, sounds like you have it on memory 1 and not memory 2.

As already been mentioned, does sound as if it is on memory 1.
