ok i've took my back pads off and i'm trying to put new ones back on. iv'e bought this brake disk winding cube but dont know how to use it. where does it fit? help urgent please!

The cubes arent often that good, the propper brake winding tool from Halfords is the better bet.

Looks like this

Bascially with the cube you need to find two of the pegs that mate with the two dimples/cut outs on the piston. Then using a 3.8 drive ratchet and extension push the piston back into the housing whilst turning clockwise.
