From what i've seen with other lads cars (04 octy2 1.9 tdi) (02 golf gt tdi) (03 Toledo 1.9 tdi) , its like a judder when u pull off in 1st gear, and dissapears in all other gears. So fromwhat i can see , its the same as a clutch slippin, or flywheel vibrating...

;)have look at the angle of the engine also, if it looks lop sided these may give you a clue
