Got a headlamp bulb out?

Featured Replies

Well the car won't tell you. Just be warned, you will need to use Mk1 Eyeball.

Also, Phillips Extreme... only good for 25k :(

Thing is, in replacing them do I try to settle an age old dilemma of HID's being suitable in a projector lense?

My worry would be though that there is no halogen highbeam thus is you need to flash your lights during the day you will have a delay with the HIDs and I am not sure its healthy for them to be switched on or off.

Most other cars which have HID also have halogen driving lights and when you flash the lights just the halogens flash.

Could be an issue, the reaction time is less and bulb reliabilit could be effected.

Will depend on the kit I suppose. It's ordered now so we shall see!

WIll be really interested to hear you you get on with the kit anyhow.

Good luck
