Hello all. Just thought I would introduce myself.

As you can see by my profile history I have been a member since 2006. I have kept a very close (and envious!) eye on the forums since then, but finally this morning picked up a lovely silver Mk1 vRS, 49'000miles, 53 reg, one owner from new and Full Skoda History, bought from the dealer for £4800!! Bargain.

Hope to now become a more involved member of the site and will probably be asking for hints/tips/advice etc over the coming months.

Nice to see a friendly forum with useful advice and the all important sense of humour!!
