Beadles Skoda, Maidstone quoted me £116 for a vRS TDi service ( 10,000 or 1 year ) Immopssiable Performance, Canterbury quoted me £65.00 for a Skoda diesel engine, so that covers Mrs Stigs Ferbi 1.9 TDi Sport

I know its not an RS but I've just been quoted £180 inc VAT plus £45 inc VAT for the brake fluid change on my 2.0TDi L&K Octy MK2 from Meritts Skoda in Ayelsbury. I'm yet to book as I wasnt sure if this was a good price. Fish Brothers Swindon quoted £268 inc VAT and brake fluid change so I didn't think £225 was too bad.

Just coming up to our first service so have been ringing around.

The 3 quotes I have received are all quite high (car on variable service QG1; only done 6,900 miles; service indicator shows 3,900 miles; Service book shows next inspection service @ 10,000 miles or March 2009 whichever comes first):

AL Austin (Wandsworth) £250

Saunders Abbot (Croydon) £230

i have been quoted £190 inc vat for my 2nd service + brake fluid change at henry's glasgow .

1st Variable service was £203 last year.

Have been quoted "around £200" for the second service but I'm going to be changing to fixed service, but the price is about the same either way.

TFSI, 2nd service (free due to 3-yrs free servicing)

Paid £150 total for a new front foglight, rear wiper blade and insurance excess for a courtesy car (58-plate Octy 1.9TDi Elegance).

Bit suprised by the £65 labour to fit the fog light.
