hi guys after hours looking I fail to find the bonnet release catch inside my car........this is utterly embarassing as Im quite intelligent LOL! can anyone PLEASE help me before I die of sheer embarassment (or the engine blows up due to lack of oil haha!).

Passenger footwell to left of the fuse box near the door.

Do not worry, I was in the same boat :o

As said, left hand side of passenger footwell.

Catches me out everytime!!
