Where is it exactly on a 2001 vrs octy:)

I am assuming its behind the glovebox ?

Under the steering column in the cubby hole.

On the drivers side, follow the dash down from the steering wheel and you will find a small cubby hole/shelf. It's in there. It should be covered by a small plastic cap, but that often goes walkies.

At least it is a bit more handy than the fabia one to get at.
