My next service is about due the car will have done 52,000 miles so do you think I will need the timing belt changed and all that goes with it or shoukd I hold out for the next service.The car is an 02 plate vrs octy and should I change the DV

60k or 4 years so yes i'd say it needs doing now.

I'm not sure about the DV, but I would have the water pump changed when the cambelt kit is being done anyway. It's probably now, or pay the labour cost of the cambelt again in 2 years when the impellor goes.
