Address and a contact name at SUK Customer Services

Featured Replies

I want to pass on a complaint I have with a dealer, including copies of our correspondence, to SUK as I am not getting a satisfactory response. Does anyone have a name that I can address the letter, rather than just "Complaints Department"?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

Dave,

Pretty popular name, bound to be someone there called it ;)

I can't remember the number off hand but if you've got a brochure handy it's printed on the back of that.

I just emailed them - from the main site

You can contact Skoda customer services on-

08457 745 745

Or you can email them at [email protected]

If you call them you'll get someone attached to your case file, so you should have a particular person to speak to about your issue.

You can also call the main switchboard number on 01908 548000 if, like me, you can/want to only call geographical numbers (01 or 02 prefix) instead of the rip off 0845/0870 numbers that companies like using nowadays. They can put you through to customer services if you ask them.

Thanks. I emailed them this morning. Anyone fancy a bet on how long it will take for me to receive a response?

Steve

I'd save you breath calling them, the only people you can speak to don't make the decision if it's above a standard level, the decision makers must live in ivory towers that don't have telephones they just pass their orders down to the poor ones that have to pass the info on to either the dealer or customer hence why as far as I'm concerned VAG won't be getting a single penny off me when the great big lemon I ended up with goes back. That might sound like being bitter but when the supplying dealers mechanics even think the car's a lemon it ain't just me that has had enough with an unsympathetic manufacturer. Lucky for me, the cars contract hired via VWFS, I've canceled the payments and told them to collect it or supply me with another car to see the remaining period out.

Customer Services through the website is actually a call centre in Leeds

The real beef are all down in Milton Keynes, Delamere Drive.

I know i've spent enough time on the phone to them..

Thanks you! I don't keep a dog and bark myself ;)

Anyhow, I phoned them last night and someone is dealing with my complaint and will call me back today with an update.

Thanks

Well, no phone call. They obviously don't want me to get another Skoda when I change my co. car in a years time.

Steve

Customer service at Skoda UK is a complete and utter joke.:mad::mad::finger::finger::finger::thumbdwn::thumbdwn::thumbdwn: I am on my 3rd now, and as result of the 'lack of customer service' I will never have another, neither will my wife who was considering a vRS when her current car (an Audi) is up for renewal (A VAG theme emerging). They should really be called service prevention officers. I am a Volkswagen enthusiast, and the issues I have had are making me consider whether I ever buy a car from the VAG group again.

I am disgusted with our treatment, and I have been today dealing direct with Milton Keynes, a complete waste of time and oxygen.

Well, I've had their response and they are not interested in taking the complaint further as their contract is with the lease company, not me.

Looks like I'll be getting a different marque when it's time to change my car next year!

Steve

You didnt say it was leased, why bother with skoda? Simply vent at the lease firm. After all, you could always withold payment if there was an issue, until it was resolved.
