hey guys.. i'm andy (stringo) from normanton, near wakefield.. just bought myself a fabia vrs... very very nice car... must ask tho, does anyone who has a Vrs notice a whistling noise when you start the car from cold and leave it ticking over???

welcome. I live in Liversedge (Nr Cleckheaton). Don't worry about the whisle they all do it, I've been told it's to do with the EGR valve. If you blip the throttle it shuts it up. If your not busy on sun there is a meet at the Corn Mill in Brighouse at 2 00pm. Ive never been due to not having the car very long but if the weather is ok i'll go. Regards Chris.
