Can someone please tell me how to remove drivers door trim with the door closed as I cant get it opened. Please please help me.

You need to remove the bottom screws which are hidden by the bottom of the closed door. But you pull of the pannel over the mirrors (with speakers in) and disconnect the speaker wire. You have to clip of the grab handle, the top part od it which covers a securing screw or two and i think the electric window switch. You may then be able to pull the top of the door away (possibly damaging the very top of the panel) and then be able to get to the cable which operates off the handle. Good Luck!!
