well, the car came back intact, mom was happy, i'm looking into a new felicia, hopefully yellow and i will vinyl the top ad the sides with white and a daisy design somewhere and we can split the payments so she has her own car

you can get the "daisy" hubcaps from a kia but there are many more generics you just have to look around,

the top is just a vinyl (cheap actually) that you stick on and cut and also the black center in the side for the windows and a two strips of vinyl across the sides but since yours in red, i would also put a white vinyl on the bonnet and the side mirror you paint with a can of paint (masking everything) and standard 20% black window tint

red + white = pink, but not pink

you can pull it off with 83.37£ (i bet even less)

I think she's the wrong sort of colour for bright accents (other than silver), she's got alloys as standard so I can't fit trims, and it's Samantha after Samantha Carter from Stargate, so not that girly in herself (I mean specifically; not that Samanthas can't be girly).

Farscape, possibly the second greatest SF series ever (after Firefly)!! SG (yes some of it), Torchwood I think is a bit meh (hey, it's the only series I can name where a major character died after a season and a half, and became more interesting as a result!), some Dr Who, BSG (sometimes), Enterprise (but not really season 3)...

OMG Firefly was amazing!!!! :cool: What did you think of Serenity the Movie??

I'll pass on QL; it never did it for me somehow. And you'll get on better with BSG by looking for BattleStar Galactica (2004/5 on).

Loved it cos Scott Bakula was happy to try anything - being black, special needs, female - he absolutely made that programme! I had a little cry when he finally made it home then decided to keep travelling....

Had too many episodes of star trek inflicted on me, and don't tell anyone but William Shatner really wasn't sexy, despite getting to grips with all those alien ladies :rofl:

I've watched bits and pieces of Dr Who, but the kids find it scary so I tend not to get to watch it :(

I didn't know there were any graphic novels. Hmmmm, maybe time to check out the big library in town, see if they have them

I completely missed BSG this time around, and really wish I had managed to get into it. Maybe I'll check out Blockbuster and have a BSG weekend
