Thinking about ordering a Corrida Red Scout, but would love to see some pictures first...

Saw a Corrida Red one on my way back through Peebles this afternoon. Looked nice.

Remembered there was a picture on here early on.

A quick search of Autotrader shows that Caffyn's Ashford (wherever they are!) have Red one's

I'm not sure. I like Corrida on the vRS. I think the first photo looks pretty good, but then the dealer promo shot isn't as good; don't think the red works as a contrast against the large anthracite bumpers. Maybe if the bumpers were a darker shade, black for example, it would work better?

Caffyns of Ashford is about a mile away from me, saw the GD08 Scout outside their showroom last week when I took my brother's mk1 vRS there for a warranty job. It looked good to me.

Fugly, though the flamenco one looks way better.

postman pat, postman pat! not my cup of tea, I am afraid, but if you like it, thats what its all about. It like when they use base red on a Jag, somehow they just don't seem to look right, I think the same here.

I'm just not a fan of red cars, with the exception of Ferraris obviously!

No, but could see it looking a bit like a van - what with the raised ride height and large bumpers!

white was my first choice-the new vag group whites are catching on fast in europe

settled for black scout as car in stock speced to my requirments was available immediately in 07' when i wanted it for the wife..

The decision for me never to buy a white car is compounded at this time of year. Have seen two white Audis this week - an A3 Sportback and A5, but both were a lovely shade of light brown with all the road dirt and mixed up road salt :thumbdwn:

the tig is looking a little like a cocoa covered cappuicino but the black scout is looking really rough....

to cold here to wash the car outside and those using the car washes are coming out and finding the doors frozen

to avoid thread drift..white is still a good choice...
